Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all personalized sales are final.

ELIGIBLE REFUND SITUATION

Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
There was an error made by Goddessica Giftings LLC

REPORTING ISSUES

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number
Videos of the item
Description of the issue

NON REFUNDABLE SITUATION

We do not offer refunds for:
Customer spelling mistakes submitted during customization
Color variations caused by screens or lighting
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Change-of-mind purchases
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
